Kebabs are a fantastic way to get the kids to eat some vegies. The barbecue or chargrill adds so much flavour. We’ve also seasoned the chicken pieces to make them extra tasty.

CHURROS WITH CHOCOLATE DIPPING SAUCE
Fantastic for a show-stopping party food, or a dessert treat for the family, homemade churros is the best! It’s easy to make and everyone just loves to dip it into the creamy chocolate sauce.
CAULIFLOWER RICE WITH CRANBERRIES, ALMONDS AND DILL
Cauliflower rice goes well with all different types of red and white meats, and also fish. The cranberries in this version give it a sweet yet tart finish – so we love eating it with pork chops or chicken sausages. Did you know that cauliflower has 95 per cent fewer […]
HAM AND SALAD PIZZA
We’ve given the classic ham and cheese pizza a veg-boosted makeover! Cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and a scattering of peppery rocket will make this pizza a family and entertainer’s favourite.
NUT-FREE EASY EDAMAME PEST0
This edamame (soybean) pesto is fantastic as a dip, spread or tossed through pasta. Flavours of soybeans, mint, basil, parmesan and lemon juice combine for a pesto you and your family won’t be able to get enough of.
GRAPE BALLS OF GOAT’S CHEESE
These delicious morsels are a wonderfully healthy treat for after school or weekends. These grape balls do contain nuts, which does rule them out of most school lunch boxes.
PERFECTLY POPPED STOVETOP POPCORN
Ideal for a healthy snack or as an extra ‘something’ in the school lunch box, popcorn is tasty, healthy and filling (thanks to the protein in the kernels). It takes mere minutes to pop your own, and you can then add as much or as little butter or salt that you like. So, go on, give it go!
VARENYKY (RUSSIAN DUMPLINGS)
