Rockmelons are full of potassium, which rids the body of excess sodium, lowering the risk of heart disease and high blood pressure. Meanwhile, mangoes are known to lower cholesterol, boost immunity and produce a healthy gut – all great reasons to add them to your diet.

Ingredients
1/2 rockmelon, chopped
1 mango, chopped
2 cups ice
Method
- Place all ingredients in a powerful blender. Blend until ice is crushed and mixture is smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses, to serve.
Tips and notes
- Add fresh orange juice for a thinner drink and a dose of vitamin C, or banana for a thicker drink and extra potassium.
