Yes, everyone can have pizza tonight when the dough is this quick and easy to make! Why not roll it out and let the kids assemble their own mini pizzas!
Ingredients
2 cups self-raising flour, plus extra, to dust
1 cup Greek yoghurt
Method
- Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the yoghurt and use a fork to stir until well incorporated (it will still be a bit sticky).
- Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes or until dough is smooth, soft and pliable.
- Divide dough into portions and use immediately, or spray with cooking spray, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge until needed.

Tips and notes
- To cook the pizza, preheat the oven to 260C / 240C fan forced. Divide the dough into 2 even portions and roll each into a ball. Use a rolling pin to roll out dough to desired size and thickness. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spray pizzas with cooking spray, top with your favourite toppings, leaving a 1.5cm border, and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the pizza crust is golden and toppings are cooked through. Transfer to a chopping board to slice and serve.
- Instead of mixing and kneading by hand, you can also place the ingredients in a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment.
