Whip up this kids’ favourite for your next party. They are chocolatey and crunchy, and come in individual serves, just perfect for little – and big – hands.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles

  • 1 cup icing sugar mixture

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 3 tbs cocoa

  • 250g copha, chopped

Method

  • Arrange 24 paper cases on tray. Combine the Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, coconut and cocoa in a large bowl.
  • Place the copha in a large saucepan over a low heat. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes or until melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1 minute.
  • Pour the copha into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Evenly spoon the mixture among the paper cases, then place the tray in the fridge for 1 hour or until set. Serve immediately, or place in an airtight container and refrigerate until required.

Tips and notes

  • Drizzle melted white chocolate over the tops for an extra-indulgent treat.
  • For added colour, sprinkle sprinkles over the chocolate crackles before setting in the fridge.
