Ingredients
250g block Philadelphia Original cream cheese, at room temperature
200g fresh blueberries
Pinch of cinnamon
Selection of 4-6 fresh bagels, halved, to serve
Method
- Place the cream cheese, blueberries and cinnamon in a bowl. Use a stick blender to blend until smooth.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into a serving bowl. Serve with bagel halves, to spread.
Tips and notes
- Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- If you like your breakfast a little sweeter, add 1 tbs icing sugar to the bowl before blitzing, or drizzle honey over the bagel spread with cream cheese.
