Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, roughly chopped
2 tbs fresh lime juice
1/2 roma tomato, seeded, finely diced
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1 red chilli, seeded, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Coriander leaves, to serve (optional)
Corn chips, to serve
Method
- Place the avocado in a bowl with the lime juice. Use a fork to mash until mostly smooth.
- Add the tomato, onion, chilli (if using), and cumin. Season. Stir to combine.
- Place in a serving bowl and top with coriander. Serve with corn chips.
Tips and notes
- You can swap the lime juice for fresh lemon juice, if desired.
